  • How can I be assured of the quality of my cigars when they arrive?

    We guarantee the highest quality cigars in the UK! Our Havana cigars are stamped EMS (English Market Selection) and our New World cigars are imported from Tor Imports, ensuring that they are all of the highest possible quality. We store our cigars at the correct temperature and relative humidity, in our own purpose built walk-in-humidors constantly monitored by our Directors. This ensures the cigars reach our customers in optimum condition, matured and ready for smoking.

  • What about fakes?

    There are some unscrupulous cigar merchants out there, but be assured that CASC is supplied by the following importers,

    - World famous Cuban Cigar importer 'Hunters & Frankau'

    - New World Cigar importers 'Tor Imports' and Davidoff

    and we are duly authorised retailers of Havana cigar products as a Gold Standard Specialist.

  • I'm new to the cigar smoking world - where do I start?

    We have a core range of cigars to suit every budget. Singles are a perfect way to begin your cigar smoking experience as they allow you to try different shapes, sizes, strengths and flavours.

  • What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

    CASC is committed to knowing that EVERY time you purchase cigars from us you are 100% satisfied. For your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14-day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original unopened packaging to CASC, accompanied with the receipt/invoice, we will then inspect the products to ensure they have not been damaged etc and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund.

  • Will the cigars arrive in a sealed box?

    There has been no such thing as a sealed box in the UK for quite some time. The importers open and quality control every single box which is why our cigars are considered the best in the world. All our Havana cigars are quality checked for wrapper colour, overall condition, overall appearance and any signs of infestation before they are placed into our humidor as well as before they leave in the post to our clients.

    This is not just a cursory check but both layers of cigars are checked making it very unlikely that anything but an excellent box of cigars are sold.

  • Errors and omissions excepted

    Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur the company cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.   • Legal notice

    By placing an order with your credit card, you authorise us to act on your behalf in processing and shipping your order, including using postal or courier service to deliver your order under the terms of sale. The person to whom delivery is to be made must be above the required age. An adult must be available to sign for the packages and the courier may ask for proof of identification to confirm age.
