Chorlton National Tap Takeover 2019

From time to time, the stars align and the maniacs at Chorlton Brewery will spread their wings across the country and orchestrate a nationwide tap takeover, and finally, to the joy of sour beer fans up and down the UK, that time is upon us once again! As fans of all things weird and wonderful, we at CASC always relish the opportunity to get in on the action, so this Saturday we’ll be tapping 8 of Chorlton’s magnificent creations!

On tap we’ll have:

-Brett Saison Sour (Mixed Fermentation Saison, 6%ABV)

-Cherry Sour (Sour Brown Ale with cherry juice, 5.5%ABV)

-NZ Brett Sour (Mixed Fermentation small beer hopped with New Zealand Hops, 3.9%ABV)

-Smoked Apple Sour (Lichtenhainer-inspired beer, collab w/ Fierce, 5.7%ABV)

-Tonic Beer (Very Pale, Light beer with Quinine & Lemon, made to drink with gin, collab w/ Square Root London, 5%ABV)

-Porcini Wild Sour (Wild Ale blended with Porcini Mushrooms, 4.8%ABV)

-Strawberry Sour (Fruity Sour Ale with Strawberry extract, 4.5%ABV)

-Mango Sour (Fruity Sour Ale with Mango extract, 4.5%ABV)
