CASC CROSSOVER BLENDERY Event

Founded in 2018, Crossover Blendery have been growing into a powerhouse of brewing excellence in the years since. From their Lannock Manor Farm site in North Hertfordshire, Crossover Blendery have been producing tremendous 100% spontaneously fermented beers aged in old French oak barrels, producing some wonderfully complex and intriguing beers, bolstered by being produced with the highest quality British ingredients available and sourced as close to the brewery as possible.

Join us on March 16th for a mini tap takeover and meet the brewer with the Crossover Blendery folks themselves.

We’ve got some sensational beers in store, you can expect to find the following on the taps:

  • Barbarian Lands 2022 (4.7%ABV): A blend of 18 & 30 month old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Timperley Early rhubarb from Worcestershire.

  • Honey Isle 2022 (5.5%ABV): A blend of 20 & 30 month old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Wojtec honeyberries from Dundee, Scotland.

  • Summer Song 2022 (6.5%ABV): A blend of 1 & 2 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Driscoll Maravilla raspberries from Herefordshire and Morello cherries from Kent. Finished in a freshly emptied whisky barrel with Madagascan vanilla pods.

  • Red Blais 2022 (5.7%ABV): A blend of 2 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Driscoll Maravilla raspberries from Herefordshire, Blaisdon Red plums from Gloucestershire, and Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar.

  • Texas Surprise (6.1%ABV): A blend of 20 month & 30 month old golden ales brewed with malted barley, raw wheat and raw organic spelt. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. The beer was refermented on Tayberries from East Sussex for 2 months. A further addition of apricot stones were made before blending and packaging.
