Well would you look at that, CASCers! We’ve only gone and been selected (again) to host the re-launch of those genii at Hawkshead Brewery and Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project's mindboggling Key Lime Tau!
Originally brewed for the 2015 International Rainbow Project and, due to popular demand, making annual reappearances, this kettle-soured Golden Ale will twist your mind and tastebuds with it zesty lime tones, lactose smoothness and subtle biscuity hints.
You can find it in-bar from June 28th and ask the staff to explain the beautiful logic behind why it’s called Key Lime Tau and not just Key Lime Pi!
