Exhibitor Spotlight - The Uncharted Whisky Co.

We’re tremendously enthused to have an exciting new force in the whisky world joining us at Whisky Mash this year: The Uncharted Whisky Company!

Founded and solely operated by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos, these new indie bottling darlings, based in Fintry, have been making serious waves in the Scotch Whisky world. Coming together with a wealth of experience in numerous aspects of Scotland’s booming drinks industry, Jack and Dana have set their sights on seeking out and bottling some of the most exceptional whiskies available, trawling through hundreds of casks and electing to bottle only the very finest, the weirdest and most wonderful which meet their exceedingly high expectations!

With their first release selling out in only three weeks and subsequent releases flying off the shelves in similarly swift timescales, Uncharted’s exuberant expressions are quickly becoming a highly sought after commodity amongst whisky enthusiasts and collectors all across the country, and we’re delighted to be able to host them on our shelves at CASC Shop, on the gantry at CASC Bar and have them join us to showcase their wares at Whisky Mash ‘23!
